Shirdi Sai Baba Temple At Kajuwadi Is The First Temple In Thane To Receive An ISO Certification. An unobtrusive, small, clean and neat Temple standing at Kajuwadi at Siddhivinayak Chowk near Louiswadi, having achieved an outstanding Certification of merit, the ISO 9001:2008 rating.

Shri.Sanjay Kadam, the secretary confirmed, "Yes, we have received the Certification for the Management and it is is valid for Three years."

This place of worship had its Bhoomi Pujan in 1999 by late Firebrand Sena leader Shri.Anand Dhige and completed the construction by April 30, 2006, on the day of Akshaya Tritiya.

The Sai Temple sees a daily flow of about 300 to 400 devotees which surge to about 1,500 on Thursdays and other occasions like Ram Navami, Dassera, Guru Purnima, Dutta and Hanuman Jayanti, Nag Panchami and Diwali Laxmi Pooja, apart from the Akshaya Tritiya every year when the opening of the Sai Temple is commemorated with a 5 days function, whose culmination is done with the Bhandara from 12 noon till the evening.

The Jatro Utsav sees a surge of 8,000 to 10, 000 people. On this day, Haripat, Kirtan, Bhajans and Puja activities followed by a Bhandara are observed. It also takes out the Palkhi of Shri Sai on the last day.

This Sai Baba Temple of Shri Sai Dham Anand Sanstha also holds various Social / Charitable & Medical activities.

Kadam added, "We plan to build a Bhakt Nivas at Shirdi which can accommodate 500 to 600 devotees who go walking to Shirdi next to the main Sai temple. There will prasad facilities available and if the devotees let us know in advance for us to provide them Bathing and other Toiletry Facilities."

The Idol of Sai Baba here is one inch shorter than the one in Shirdi and the whole area surrounding the statue is air conditioned, with proper lighting which highlights the statue of Shri Saibaba."
