Man City interest on Podolski

Germany star Lukas Podolski has confirmed that both Manchester City and Tottenham are interested in signing him.
The Germany international told Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport that he has "received proposals" regarding a move to White Hart Lane and Eastlands.
City have the ability to out-bid most sides, but Podolski insisted money would not be the biggest factor in his decision.
