Eden Hazard come to EPL ?

As we know, this week it is full of report about Arsenal transfer news. After lose many star player, many Arsenal supporters persuade Wenger to buy quality player. One of them is Eden Hazar from Lilie.
According to French media outlet Mercato 365′s,Arsenal has bid 35 million euro to get French Ligue Player of the Season last year.
The report said

"As we made it clear it to you previously, Arsenal has just formulated a proposal of thirty million euros for Belgian international attacker Eden Hazard (20), whose contract expires in June 2015, but without success. A new offer of thirty-five million euros is set to be made.

According to our information, the Lille player has already made an agreement with the Gunners over a future transfer. Concern is very much on the side of the club of president Michel Seydoux."
