Justin Bieber meets fan who lost dad in 9/11

Teen idol Justin Bieber made a dream come true for a fan whose father died in 9/11 and proved US President Barack Obama is a man of his word. Obama met 14-year-old Payton Wall at an event at Ground Zero last month and told her he could arrange a meeting with Bieber. The White House contacted Bieber the same day – and last week the singer made good on Obama’s promise by meeting Payton in New York. Bieber posed for snaps with Payton, her sister Avery and friend Madison Roberson. The meeting happened shortly after Bieber made an appearance to promote his fragrance Someday at Macy’s, sparking a near riot by his devoted fans. Thrilled Payton proudly posted one of her snaps with Bieber on her Facebook page, making it her profile picture.
