Justin Bieber surpasses 11 million followers mark on Twitter

Teen pop star Justin Bieber has reached over 11 million followers on social networking website Twitter. Bieber amassed the huge number of fans on the site and was quick to take to Twitter to thank his loyal Beliebers. The 17-year-old today wrote: "WHAAAATTTT?!??! 11MillionBeliebers! I LOVE YOU ALL!! THANK YOU... tonight was already a fun great night and now it is even better. THANK U THANK U THANK U." Bieber is the second most popular star on Twitter as singer Lady Gaga has the most followers, with over 11.5 million reading her tweets. Other celebrities in the top ten include Kim Kardashian and Britney Spears. The Baby hitmaker attended last night's 2011 ESPY Awards held at the Nokia Theatre, Los Angeles, with his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
