Teen heartthrob Justin Bieber will present a prize at the Country Music Television Awards. The 17-year-old Never Say Never star is also up for an award for his collaboration with Rascal Flatts on That Should Be Me. Shania Twain, 45, will make her first appearance at the country music award ceremony in seven years. Other people set to present awards at the show include American Idol winner Scotty McCreery and runner-up Lauren Alaina, as well as Sheryl Crow. Kid Rock is hosting the event..
